I have mixed feelings about this app. It works, but I think it could be a lot better. For example, if I want to change the volume, I have to first select which device, then wait for it to decide it is connected, even when it is clearly already connected to the Bluetooth on my phone. Also, when I was first considering getting a pair of hearing aids, I tried out an extra set my dad had. Then when I got my own pair, there seems to be no way to delete the previously linked pair from the app.

Overall the app is intuitive and easy to use. The low star rating is because there's something wrong with the tinnitus relief function, which was a major factor in me buying the Elehear hearing aids. When using tinnitus relief, the app completely drains my phone battery in about 3 hours, when otherwise my battery is still at 30% at bedtime. It's just Bluetooth streaming. I can use Spotify all day and barely make a dent in my battery life. I'm happy to update my rating if this gets fixed.

Very nice app but I wish it would let the user have full control over noise reduction. These hearing aids are great for listening to conversations but there are times when I'd like to be able to completely turn off the noise reduction feature because (even at the lowest setting) I get a warbling effect when playing guitar (both acoustic and electric guitars) and/or almost anything with an electronic beep or notification. Using the Music setting helps some but doesn't eliminate the warble issue.
