Saved me! I got a new device, and a particular 'Root' file manager I'd been using for years couldn't cope anymore with Kit Kat, or this machine's filesystems and hardware. I switched to this app, and haven't looked back. It does everything, and is better in the UI than any of the others, by far. Root add-on completes it, and I'm so impressed I think I'll buy the upgrade.
A must get for rooted devices If you had ES File Explorer then you must get this ad on if you have a rooted device. Don't pay money for other root explorer is that give you root access es gives it all to you for free just downloaded this ad on. I promise you it is the best! And I am a picky MF, Lol
Had this app forever 2+ years. This app has a beautiful material design layout and is very easy to use. The only problem is that the root tools does not work at all, even if I mount system as RW it still denied permission to manage system files, I have the root addon. I have used other root explorer apps and they do handle modification of system files. The only reason why I'm keeping this app is because for non root it's the best. Sorry for the 1 star 🌟 once the root issue is fixed I'll bump it up to 5 ;-)
Best root explorer ,try others than try this and will see the difference After the android kitkat debacle on sd card , I was struggling to get anything done , this was the only app that with root allowed modifying platform.xml .the one i've tried are es , sd maid and root explorer. Also 5 star for the UI giving the user exact information on what is happening which is missing in others.
Doesn't work on my Galaxy tab 3 10" running 4.4.2. Opening system (root) brings up a message 'The operation could not be completed'. Have checked my root logs and the app was granted permission correctly. Not sure what's wrong. 5 stars if fixed, works on my other device perfectly
Love the design, functionality and everything else about this app, it's intuitive to use, doesn't dumb things down and allows you to do everything you'd expect. Love the calculation of file sizes and checksums too!! Love the "find big files" feature! Roms etc taking up my space needed to go. One thing, perhaps not at all app-related, I couldn't find out easily what was taking up 60% of my internalSD card, it says 60+% free on one screen, then root browser said ~30% free, ~60% used by "other" file types, but when I access that mount (mnt/sdcard) it only has the usual suspects (0, Android, obb, music, etc) but their sum space equals to less than 10% of the usage of that partition, so where's the other ~50% of the partitions data? Again probably not app related but if anyone reads this I'd love to know.

1.0.2 Update: Fixed issues with latest versions of Google Play store not showing this app as compatible with certain tablets.
