cheetah pay is actually very nice and they made their app user friendly and easy to navigate and also one of the reason I love you them is that they really do have listening hears and they respond to you very fast Cheetah pay improve on your crediting skills you take so long to remit account maybe it because you use manual method you don't have an at automated way of payment

It's cool but they lies when they told u that your wallet will be credited within 5 minutes. I make a transfer and it took up to 1 hour before I was credited. They also delay in payment. If u need fast money converter, don't use cheetahpay platform because they always delay in terms of payment and confirmation. I sent a card over 22 hours and they told me it's invalid. Well, if u need quick cash, don't use cheetahpay platform unless u called them before u make any transaction

I made six transactions since two days ago & only three of them went through. After a day, the remaining three were rendered invalid & the airtime has already been debited from my account. Now I don't know whether you'd revert the airtime back or what. I complained through the app but no feedback till now. If that's how inefficient you are, I'll never use this app again. Please fix my problem & get back to me
