Big Mistake........ Took over 2weeks to get my installation done and another week to be activated. And the Customer service sucks, I actually had one of the Customer rep tell me I can go ask for a refund if I can't wait to be activated who does that. Now I've only used the internet for less than a week and it's no longer working. I just wonder how they manage to keep their business profitable with so much in efficiency and lapses. And to think I was about to recommend to my colleagues not ever.

Barely 72 hours I onboarded, I complained about fluctuating signals and got a ticket number tagged to the complaint. Checked my mail only to see a different ticket number tagged me that my account has been paused because I requested for relocation, haaa. They refused to pick my calls too. People warned me about fiberone. I am frustrated. I wish i can choose a zero star rating.

1. Minimum time to fix any kind of Internet outage is 1 week 2. Reimbursement of lost days take forever 3. Poor customer service - so many pending requests despite multiple follow ups. If you are dependent on Internet for work / entertainment, this is the worst option to go for
