Always having challenges when it comes to recharge. Payment will be successful but will not get value of what I paid for. This has been repeating itself for couple of times. That I end up getting my airtime after almost two weeks. It is high time I uninstall this app. Inefficient and unreliable at all. I'll never ever use this app again even if this is the only option to recharge I had stop using MTN. Very disappointing. It's 27 days still not get my airtime.

This new update is frustrating. I have been trying to login to the app since yesterday, and it's been impossible. I uninstalled and installed the app again, and it's the same thing. This update just made things very bad, this was not my experience before this update, and now everything is just frustrating and annoying.

MTN now has a dubious/tricky/ way of deducting ones money or even offering credit when you never requested for it. When you want to buy a certain amount of data, they will forced options you never requested for on you through some program options and will put your real option at number 2 instead of 1 and if your credit is not up to the amount they will force debt credit on you. This is manipulation of the highest order. Nigeria Minister of communication should santion them on this.
