Ratings and reviews

Very buggy and difficult to navigate. Logging in is a pain due to OTP feature and once logged into the app, its long loading times mar the experience . Also navigation is difficult as buttons are not clearly labelled. You cannot track your data usage after 2 days. Though there is an option to do so, it always states it can't do so due to network issues. Very poor and painful experience. I expect a lot better from a technology/communication company. Non customer focused and quite terrible app.
