The first time I used the app was confused if I had done something wrong. reached out to customer service and they were prompt and professional. Eventually got a hang of it now I don't have to worry on getting RMB for my china purchase

​The Good: The app interface looks very clean and user-friendly. I tested the system by funding my wallet, and the money reflected in less than two minutes. The processing speed is highly impressive. ​The Issue: The main problem is the registration OTP. It took hours to arrive because it is dropping directly into the Spam folder instead of the main inbox. ​If you can optimize your email servers so that verification OTPs land straight in the main inbox, the user onboarding experience is ok
