The app enables users to create a one-time profile, which can be reused for applying to multiple examinations without repeatedly entering the same details.
Through the app, candidates can view and apply for advertisements, track the status of their applications, and access recruitment-related services anytime, anywhere. Users can easily download admit cards, interview letters, and appointment letters directly from the app in a secure manner.
The app also provides access to skill test information and document evaluation details, ensuring transparency at every stage of the selection process. All official communications related to examinations, interviews, and appointments are available under a dedicated Communications section.
For user assistance, the app includes a Help Desk feature that allows candidates to raise queries and receive support without visiting the office. Previously submitted or completed applications can be viewed under Archived Applications, helping users keep their records organized.
