I am extremely disappointed with Nithra Matrimony. It has been a total waste of my money and time. After paying for a premium plan, I quickly realized that the platform is filled with fake profiles. Here are the main issues I faced: No New Profiles: The "new" matches they show are the same ones from weeks ago. There is no fresh database. No Communication: I have tried calling and messaging multiple profiles, but not a single person responds. It feels like these accounts are fake.

My suggestion is that when we view profiles with photos, we often contact the girls directly and they decline, citing various reasons. Sometimes, when we call them back, they say they have already informed us. To avoid this, it would be helpful if you could add a feature to the profile page where we can note down the conversation details, such as what they said and why they declined. This would help us keep track and avoid contacting them again, saving their time as well.
