The first time you log in, you must scan the QR code of your office once.
Start screen
You can easily navigate to your agenda, tasks and customers via a button bar in the start schedule.

From this screen you can view agenda items and add new agenda items.
By means of the dots under a date you can see that you have an appointment or several appointments on that day. For example, if you want to view the 2 appointments that belong to the bullet of 31 October from the example above, click on that date and you will see both appointments at the bottom of your screen. If you have entered an appointment location, you can also see how long you are on the road using Google maps. You can also create agenda items and schedule appointments yourself.
Tasks
In this screen you have an overview of all your tasks.
You can see the status of the task from the colored dots after the date:
- red dots: these tasks have passed the set date
- green dots: these tasks have been completed. By opening the task you can also see who finished it and when. You can also easily add a checklist to a task, filter in the task overview and search for tasks with a specific date.
Documents
You can easily add documents via your client's contact or product card.
You can also provide insight into this for Assu® and the Appviseurs app or customer portal. You can add a notification to this or have the customer approve this document.
