About this app

Sync your health data from Coros, Diabetes:M, fatsecret (nutrition data), Garmin, Google Fit, Google Health, Health Connect, MedM Health, Withings, Oura, Polar, Samsung Health, Strava, Suunto and Huawei Health. You can sync to Coros (activity data only), Diabetes:M, Google Fit, Google Health, Guava, Health Connect, Intervals.icu, MyLibreo, Samsung Health, Schrittmeister, fatsecret (weight only), Runalyze, Selfloops, Smashrun, Strava, SurvonMD, Suunto (activity data only), TrainItAll or the MapMy apps (MapMyFitness, MapMyRun etc.).

Health Connect to Google Drive Sync: Configure an export of health data (steps, heart rate, etc.) as CSV files, and activity data as FIT, TCX, GPX, KML, and CSV files to Google Drive.

Automatic Background Sync: Health Sync works automatically and syncs your data in the background.

Historical Data Sync: The app starts syncing from your first use. Syncing historical data (data before installation) is available after the free trial. Note: Syncing historical data from Polar is not supported.

Samsung decided in 2020 that no partner app can write steps to Samsung Health anymore. Reading steps data and other data, and writing other data works normally.

One week free trial

Health Sync is very easy to use. It offers you a one week free trial period. After the trial period, you can make a one-time purchase or start a six-month subscription to continue using Health Sync. For the Withings sync an additional subscription is required. The additional subscription is required due to recurring additional costs that we incur for this integration.

Just try the app and see if it fits your needs. What data you can sync depends on the source app from which you sync data, and the destination app(s) to which you sync the data.

You can choose different source apps for different types of data. For example: sync activities from Garmin to Samsung Health, and sync sleep from Fitbit to Samsung Health and Google Fit. After the first initialization actions, you can define the different sync directions.

Health Sync can sync your Garmin Connect data to other apps, but it cannot sync data from other apps into the Garmin Connect app. Garmin does not allow this. For more information and available workarounds for syncing activity data or weight data to Garmin Connect, please visit the Health Sync website check the FAQ for information about the sync to Garmin Connect.

Syncing between health data apps sometimes doesn't work as expected. Don't worry, almost all issues can be solved easily. You can check the Help Center menu in Health Sync. And if you can't solve the issue, you can send a Health Sync problem report (the last option in the Help Center menu), or send an email to [e-mail] You will get support to solve the sync issue.

I absolutely love this app! About a year and a half ago, my Fitbit stopped automatically syncing with Strava and despite trying literally everything under the sun to fix it, nothing worked. It got to the point where I had to manually upload every single exercise to Strava and that SUCKS. Then I find this app on Reddit and give it a shot and I'm so thankful I did because now my activities are finally automatically syncing from Fitbit to Strava again!!! THANK YOU!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Functional, but the battery drain was tremendous. Used this to sync Garmin data to Google Fit (my only other health platform, Ultrahuman, already reports to Fit). Seemed to work but Garmin data was slow to sync even though Health Sync was running constantly. What I DID notice, though, was an enormous hit to battery life with Health Sync installed. I'd love for this to be the answer for me, but I need my phone to stay alive more than I need coordinated data.

The data that it syncs isn't accurate. One day it was well over 5k more steps than I took, and manually syncing didn't help. It's almost always off by about 500 steps. Set up is a pain. I wasn't aware that it was a subscription/one time fee app. I feel like that should be put at the top of the description instead of the bottom. The one time fee price is fair, but this just isn't useful enough for me to pay for. The UI could be upgraded as well.
