About this app

PLEASE NOTE: Bezwaartje is a private app and NOT a government app. Bezwaartje is not connected to, affiliated with, or approved by the Tax and Customs Administration, the RDW, or any other government agency, and does not represent any government agency. The app does not provide a government service and does not submit anything to the government on your behalf: you send your own letter yourself. The app actually helps citizens to challenge a tax assessment themselves.

WHAT DOES THE APP DO?
Have you received an additional tax assessment or has your return for vehicle tax (the tax on passenger cars and motorcycles) been rejected? Then, with this app, you can create a letter of objection yourself, free of charge and step-by-step. You photograph the letter, the app reads it on your own device, and suggests the correct grounds. You receive a complete letter of objection as a PDF, which you send yourself. - Import photo of the letter, with automatic recognition of date and vehicle
- A six-week objection period is calculated for you
- Substantiation with legal articles and current case law
- Also a wizard for appeals to the court
- Optional: have your letter printed and sent (paid service)
