About this app

Easily and quickly add COVID-19 (Corona) tests to the HealthPassport app, from U-Diagnostics and HetHuisartslab.

- Monitor the results of your PCR, antibodies or COVID-19 rapid test yourself
- Show when you have been tested and what your result is, if necessary

Easily add your COVID-19 test.

With the HealthPassport app from U-Diagnostics you can easily add your COVID-19 test (s) with a QR code (or a secure link) from the registration confirmation. Logging in is not necessary, you just have to enter the corresponding date of birth for verification.

Check your test results

In the overview you can see at a glance the status of all your test (s). Easily check when you have taken the test, the identification number and whether the result is already known. View a test and find all information about the result - date and time for administration and result.

Have your test result checked

In addition, you will find a QR code for each test that you can have scanned to check your result. For example, by an employee of a travel organization, at the door of a catering facility or at the entrance of an event. Anyone with a smartphone and a regular camera app can validate this result.

Know immediately what to do

We provide relevant information with each result. Such as the way you should interpret a result or a direct link to frequently asked questions about COVID-109 testing.
