Easy to use, works perfectly, the only matter is that you can't keep a screenshot of the ticket ilto be used in case you do not have internet.
App doesn't work, after installing you have to enter your mail adress to receive a verification code. Entered multiple times never received a code, this means not able to login. All though Tranzer is part of a paid mobility service, allready filed a complaint by that service provider, way paying for something that doesn't work ...

I am sorry to hear that. In the help center section of the app you can send us further information. If you include the email address you are using then we can investigate the reason why you cannot receive the code.
Had to look several minutes for the ticket I just bought. Other apps like this usually show the ticket right after purchase. This one is rather hidden in a not very obvious place. They also charge you a pretty high fee for each ticket!
