Download the Shared Bike Netherlands app and see at a glance where our shared bicycles are located. Make sure you don't end up without a shared bike and reserve your shared bike via the app. Because we work with smart locks, you can open the lock and arrange payment easily via the app. On your personal page you can easily see information about your journeys and payments. A ride on your shared bicycle can only be completed at the Deelfiets Nederland drop point indicated in the app. It is of course also possible to lock the shared bicycle in the meantime, but then the rental period will continue.

Our Shared Bikes are located in Apeldoorn, Harderwijk, Ede, Wageningen, IJsselstein, Leusden, Almere, Steenwijk, Giethoorn, in the Achterhoek and throughout the province of Friesland. Every day we work hard to provide more and more places in the Netherlands with our shared bicycles.

This is how the Shared Bike Netherlands app works:
1. Register in the app.
2. On the main page of the app you will see a current map with all our bike sharing hubs.
3. Easily search for locations where our shared bicycles are located.
4. By scanning the QR code on the shared bicycle, it is possible to open a lock and start a ride.
5. You can easily lock a shared bicycle in between (note: the rental period will continue).
6. A rental period can only be ended if the shared bicycle has been returned to the drop point.
7. All journeys made and payments can be clearly found in the journey history.

Ratings and reviews

Can't even register, because the all says my phone number is wrong. I have a German number and did not forget my country code. One could expect visitors from the neighbor country. What a joke. Also: No support option in the app.

Too, superfijn deelfietsen bij de stations. Dat ze alleen voor scholieren en docenten zijn? Iets minder top. Daar je daarmee dan de andere 90% van de bevolking uitsluit en ook gewoon inkomsten mis loopt. QR code scannen werkt voor geen meter en de foutmelding is ook geen reflectie van de situatie. Ik kom niet terug voor dat veranderd. Success. Als jullie tegen donkey bikes etc op willen boxen heb je werk aan de winkel.

Absoluut bagger. Fietsen zijn niet onderhouden, QR code scannen werkt niet. App zelf is half functioneel.

What’s new

In deze update introduceren we een verbeterde kaart, zodat je nog beter kunt zien waar onze deelfietsen precies staan. Daarnaast heeft onze app nieuwe instructieschermen waarop we beter uitleggen hoe het gebruiken van een deelfiets precies werkt, en kun je nu makkelijker tijdens je rit de instructies bekijken en eenvoudig een probleem melden.
