Unable to login through surfportal. This is absolutely something delcom shoule be able to fix. Useless.

Unfortunately, on Android 13 and earlier, the university security certificate is no longer accepted, this means logging in via SURF is not possible. I can see that you are using Android 13, so SURF login is currently unavailable on your device. Unfortunately, this issue is outside Delcom’s control, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Terrible payment system, layout completely off, super slow and full of errors. Rest of the app calender system doesn't seem very practical or user friendly. I don't get how it can be so incredibly slow and it's super frustrating that it needs to refresh every single time you press back after tapping on a course to see more details.

The app is useless. login in via UvA/HvA doesn't work. clicking on the login button does absolutely nothing. please USC, commission the app to another company. This company has failed to deliver a usable app for years already
