Very often the app just stops working and I can't sign up for anything, scan the QR code or see what I'm signed up for Only thing that then works is to log out and log back in with two factor authorisation which isn't optimal when you're standing in front of the gates, but currently signing back in isn't working as it gets stuck on connecting to Tilburg university and doesn't let me go further. I can't get into it anymore.

We are sorry that you have been experiencing troubles with the app. The log in session is limited for security, and so every so often you will have to log back in again because your session will have timed out. However, if you cannot log in could you please contact the team at Tilburg so we can investigate this further?

Had to delete the app because it caused a malfunction on my phone. Last two days there was a notification sound but no notification. I didn't know where the sound was coming from. Had to delete all the apps and reinstall them one by one to figure out which. Apparently it is this one.

Cancelled a subscription, but for some reason it didn't register, so I got a warning. Then I attend a training and scan the qr-code, but for some reason it didn't register again. The next morning my account got blocked... Also the app is really slow
