Good service, many issues with app. Every time when I open the chat function it stops.

For 13.99€ a month I can't see my messages - they are showing randomly every time! Notification says that I received a new message, icon says the same, but I don't have any in the list. Also you can't write a message to an "angel" before she/he confirmed booking, so you have to pay a fee if angel doesn't fit your expectations and you need to cancel booking.

Since the last update I have had nothing but issues. 1) The log in page takes several attempts before it lets me go into the app. It keeps reloading the log in page. 2)At the end of an appointment I stop the timer, recieve a confirmation but the timer always still continues. if I keep stopping the timer I incur multiple charges. 3) If I cancel a booking the timer still starts so booking is not really cancelled. Never had these issues before the last update. Please fix!
