About this app
π§ββοΈ Stress Autism Mate (SAM) junior helps young people with autism cope with daily experienced stress. The app can help you to better understand daily experienced stress and can give you tips on how to deal with it. SAM junior can also help you prepare for future stressful events. The app is scientifically based and made at GGz Centraal for and by young people between the ages of 12 and 18 with an autism spectrum disorder. The app was developed in cooperation with the research organization TNO.
π With SAM junior you can:
β’ Determine your current stress level by using a questionnaire (SAM junior uses a scientifically validated algorithm for this)
β’ Get an overview of moments in the day and daily activities that go well and those that go less well
β’ Get tips to reduce your stress at any time of the day
β’ Enter your own tips or try those of others
β’ Use the diary to write down your thoughts and feelings
β’ Discuss your weekly summary of stress levels with a friend, loved one or practitioner (only if you want to, you are in control)

Bug fix: questionnaire is not always shown:
To prepare a questionnaire, the number of the previously completed questionnaire was taken into account. If this corresponded to the questionnaire that should be active, the questionnaire was not displayed.
Bug fix: Tip on the 'today' page is not updated after completing the questionnaire (this was only seen on the acceptance version, not on production)
Minor maintenance carried out: a number of software packages (libraries) have been updated.
