About this app

HealthTrain helps you build and maintain healthy routines while managing your condition. Your care provider will guide you through a tailored program with exercises, activity goals and education tailored to your situation.

* Clear exercise videos showing you how to correctly perform your exercises.

* Researched and vetted information and explanation video's on how to manage your condition

* Integration with Google Health Connect to automatically track your activity, optionally connecting to apps or fitness devices that support Google Health Connect.

* Receive notifications for appointments, exercises and your activity goals to keep on top of your program. You can manage how many notifications you want to receive the app.

* Stay in touch with your physical therapist for advice and instructions by sending them a message or joining a secure 1-on-1 video call.

Important: You can access a program when you receive an invite from your care provider to use the HealthTrain app. Activate the app using the same mobile phone number you received the invite on to access your program. Users who access the app without an invite currently can only access demo content.

What’s new

- Rescheduling appointments via the HealthTrain app is now possible (available to select organisations)
- An error that occurred when initiating a video call with a client who had not yet activated the app has been resolved
- The order of exercises sometimes did not match the order set by the healthcare provider; this has been resolved
