About this app
With HorseCheck, you scan the horse's microchip with a special Bluetooth chip reader. Your smartphone will then display a message indicating whether the horse may be slaughtered for human consumption. You'll also have the option to indicate in the national RVO database that the horse may no longer be slaughtered for human consumption.
