The Jaamo ParentApp gives parents access to the online platform of your childcare. You can view photos and read stories of your child during the daycare. Parents decide for themselves when they experience their child's experiences. The photos and stories can be viewed whenever it suits them. In addition, our app offers the possibility to place new requests or changes and send messages to their child's group.

Unfortunately needed to rate 1 star to write a review, there should be an option to give 0 stars. There are many things wrong with this app that supposed to help us parents communicate with our children organizations, but the one that upset me the most is that is it literally impossible to send a message to my child's teachers. I'm not able to see what I'm writing and if I decide to go back for controlling or spell check, the letters are all mixed up making it impossible to read.

This app is really bad designed, you want to write a message and you can't see what you are writing, you want to see photos and they get sort of stopt when you slide them, you want to download photos and get them twice by default then you want to go back to photos and brings you to the icon of the app so you have to open the app again. and now i try to change something in the planning and gets closed everytime I do something. You people should do something serious about it.

The app performs poorly when trying to download photos from an album. The UI session redirects to AWS Cloud instead of downloading images in the backgroundcom pressing download button and allowing the app to dismiss the session when returning. It also lacks support for downloading multiple files at once. Overall, the user interface is not very parent-friendly.
