Not user-friendly!!! There is no "logout" or "signout" button that is visible on the page, thus, making it a completely unexciting & bad app! Also, no option to edit profile details for those who may wish to make changes like password, school & name changes. Furthermore, slow loading time & prolonged unresponsiveness; ISIC developers attend to urgently!!

Hi, sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with our app. Please upgrade the app to the latest version as we have improved app performance and fixed several bugs. You can change your password directly from the profile screen and logout from the menu but the ISIC serves as the ID document so you can't modify data on the card due to security.

Not only is the app now mandatory (no more physical cards), but it is also very poorly made. I constantly get a message saying "something went wrong" underneath a bar with green dot showing "valid" and a wrong time, which I can't even screenshot because the app prevents that. This is simply not reliable enough for a discount card which you need to be able to show on public transport 100% reliably or else be fined. This virtual ISIC nonsense just causes anxiety whether or not it will work today.

Dear Steven, can you please update the app to the latest version? We have solved many issues and also introduced offline support to be able to use the card even when you are not connected to the Internet. We hope you will give us one more chance and consider updating the review you gave us. Your ISIC team

App is awful. It only worked once, and never again. It kept telling me to check my data connection when I was connected to 4g and everything else on my phone was working fine. I tried everything to fix this (reinstalling, etc) but it never worked. Don't spend money on the digital card
