With the last update, the retro clock 4x2 widget no longer shows all the appropriate information. I use to be able to show the time on the top with the day and date on the bottom of the widget;taking up only 2 rows. Now, after the update, the second row of day and date does not show up any more. Even though this widget claims to be a 4x2, when I put it on an open screen with nothing on it, it actually takes up 3 rows instead of the intended 2 before it shows the day and date. Whats up with that?? This is VERY disappointing! How do I roll back to the previous version of this widget??
Someting's wrong Someting has happend with this widget. Till now it was perfect, but nowadays crashes randomly and I've just discovered that the clock more smaller that before, smaller the the date widget. :( ...After reboot the date widget is small too. The resize frame shows that it is full sized. I will send the details in email. ... I resized it, now it is bigger, but the edges are clipped. There was an update, but still bad :(
Updates malfunctioning Newest update not working. Widget will not format date correctly. System clock is set to day/mo/yr. Widget insists on mo/day/yr. Uninstalled. A shame, as this was my go-to clock widget for years and I love the look of it.
People cant READ! The amount of stupidity i find in peoples comments... have you ever heard of using your eyes and read?? if u expand the information tab about this app it clearly says: To use the widget on Android 4.0+: - open the app drawer - tap the "Widgets" tab - find Retro Clock / Date and drag it to the home screen .... like there is not suppose to be having an app to click on... its in your widgets.. anyways good app! love it thanks for making this :)
Only 2 star to raise attention I recently have problem with my Xperia Z5P. I can no longer access my calendar from the widget.
Something has gone wrong Since a recent update, it works for a while, then I'll notice that the time stops, it freezes. The only way to fix it is deleting the widget from the homescreen and replacing it again. Will be good for a while, but always freezes. Been doing this for weeks now. The only reason I still use it is cuz I can't find another clock widget that I like.
