Ratings and reviews

Knowing that signal is poor inside some buildings, why would you make a door unlocking app depend on signal? Edit: I don't want an explanation thank you, I would like to be able to let myself in to the office when I have poor or no 4G signal. If I don't keep my phone unlocked then when the app regains focus it hangs whilst it makes a connection. If your navigation stack stayed on the "Digital Key" screen then it would be a much better UX.

It won't let me connect the digital key to my smartwatch. I have been trying to connect the digital key from my S24+ phone to my smartwatch GW7 as advertised in the app. However, the pairing process is not working; the blue ring just stays at 25% full. I am extremely disappointed, as this feature was advertised in Salto's own app. If someone from customer support could get back to me and help resolve this issue, I would really appreciate it. Until then, my app review will remain 1 star out of 5

Latest update is a disaster, lost many functions. Open remotely, office mode the layout is terrible. so many complaints from office users today Should never have been released in its current format
