I strongly recommend selecting a secure access system other than Salto. The app has never worked right on my phone, and I'm an account administrator. My partner just upgraded his phone, and he's been kicked out of the system. All the doors into our co-working space and offices are now somehow locked and we can't unlock them. A critical situation for our health care providers. For how much we spent on this system, the problems are unforgivable. Avoid this company!

Absolute tire fire. Mostly times out or errors, causing locks to flash red and beep - particularly entertaining in a lobby area with so-called "speed gates" for access. Using the default bluetooth is painfully slow - far from a quick tap, it's more of a dance-near-it-and-hope situation. Often, it will just unlock some other random door! Fun. You can set up remote unlocking instead via some god awful setup. Now I can trigger my office's doors to open at will from home. How's that for security?

Unlock success rate is 50%. I and my colleagues all experience "Lock found but a general error has occurred" on first attempt

We are upgrading the service we use to manage push notifications in the SALTO KS Mobile App.
