Knowing that signal is poor inside some buildings, why would you make a door unlocking app depend on signal? Edit: I don't want an explanation thank you, I would like to be able to let myself in to the office when I have poor or no 4G signal. If I don't keep my phone unlocked then when the app regains focus it hangs whilst it makes a connection. If your navigation stack stayed on the "Digital Key" screen then it would be a much better UX.

horrible app. Works once on ten tries. The fact they don't log failed attempts speak for itself. If you can, don't use this. I m getting 'the search of service has returned zero results' error all day long. I have to try dozen times, before it unlocks.

I have been unable to use the app for TWO MONTHS. I've tried everything. After I put in my login info, it prompts me to click continue to LOGIN PAGE. I've already been to the login page, that's how I got here. I try again but it turns into an endless loop of me putting in my info just to be forwarded to the login page AGAIN.
