About this app

With the MoneyMonk accounting app you can easily keep track of hours and journeys, photograph receipts, create invoices and easily book transactions. Can we make accounting even clearer? Absolute! Because you can see at a glance how your administration is doing.

Time registration
Keep your time registration up to date and book your hours worked daily. Run the stopwatch while you work or add hours afterwards via the agenda. Easily link activities to a customer and project. Then you can quickly convert your billable hours into an invoice.

Trip registration
Do you regularly travel business kilometers by car, motorcycle, bicycle or train? Enter the start and end points of your trip and the software will automatically calculate the number of kilometers. And have you made agreements about a kilometer allowance? Then you can easily add the business trips to an invoice, of course including mileage reimbursement.

Create invoice
Create invoices in your own corporate identity and send them directly to your customer via the MoneyMonk accounting app. You will immediately see whether the invoice has been received. Will payment be delayed? Then you can send a reminder to your customer with the same ease.

Scan receipts
Never lose receipts again! Take a photo of your receipt and the accounting app will automatically copy the date and amount. The voucher is then ready for further processing in your accounting.

Financial overview
When you log in to the app you will see your financial dashboard. There you can see your turnover, costs and profit. Followed by a current VAT overview and a list of outstanding invoices. This way you keep an overview of the financial progress of your company.

To use the accounting app you need an account with MoneyMonk. You create this on our website, after which a free trial period of 30 days starts. You can then log in to the app.
