Please, add a confirmation step before booking! I had issues with this twice already making bookings accidently for periods of time I didn't want. Last time I was trying to adjust my booking from 10pm to 10am and the journey was confirmed right away because it was 10:05 am. I had to keep the car for the whole day and change my plans because I didn't want to go through customer support once again!

Made an account and they blocked it instantly. Never even had the chance to drive or rent one of their vehicles. I asked for the reason, and they just gave me the standard list with all the possibilities. no further explanation. Which is weird, in my opinion. Don't depend on their services they can block you without a reason. Even if you never actually used their service. Use Sixt and Greenwheels instead. or better buy your own car.

Amsterdam Area, very satisfied with the service, you get one 25€ test drive, you don't need deposit, it takes one day to set up the account. The car was damaged but drove nicely. Prices are rather expensive but considering this is the Netherlands they are very competitive, especially when you factor in the savings associated with not owning a car. Overall a great service. Good job!
