absolutely terrible app. it wouldn't let me use the app while I was on wifi so I shut it off and tried using mobile data. It was a struggle trying to sign up for an account nd when I finally got it to go through I only got as far as putting in your phone number. I put my number in and tried getting the code to sign up numerous times and never got it so I couldnt even make an account 🙃. was really hoping to like this app

Please, add a confirmation step before booking! I had issues with this twice already making bookings accidently for periods of time I didn't want. Last time I was trying to adjust my booking from 10pm to 10am and the journey was confirmed right away because it was 10:05 am. I had to keep the car for the whole day and change my plans because I didn't want to go through customer support once again!

Been using mywheels for a while now, it's super convenient for me since I only need a car sometimes and live in the city center of Utrecht. They are super transparent with the prices. I was doubting between them and greenwheels and went for mywheels because paying a deposit wasn't mandatory. Once I arrived where the car should have been and it wasn't there. Apparently someone didnt bring it back. I called with customer service and they picked up quickly and I got a nicer car for the same price
