Please, add a confirmation step before booking! I had issues with this twice already making bookings accidently for periods of time I didn't want. Last time I was trying to adjust my booking from 10pm to 10am and the journey was confirmed right away because it was 10:05 am. I had to keep the car for the whole day and change my plans because I didn't want to go through customer support once again!

I created the account, verified my license, followed all the procedures. When I wanted to book a car the app told me that I still had to upload the front picture of my license. So I went back to the app's settings to check the verification, but again, it said that the verification was fine. I then looked at FAQ, but nothing similar happened apparently. I tried to call the company but it costs a lot to call them! Wasted the afternoon and lost vacation day. Going to their competitors :) bye byee

Supposedly easy verification that would take 2 minutes actually takes 72+ hours, only to save my drivers licence data but reject me nonetheless. Trying to redo the verification crashes the app every time. Edit: so you can try two times, and then it locks you out entirely, not mentioning what couldn't be verified. I would assume I don't look exactly like I did 8 years ago but who knows. At least the website doesn't crash when you try the verification.
