Supposedly easy verification that would take 2 minutes actually takes 72+ hours, only to save my drivers licence data but reject me nonetheless. Trying to redo the verification crashes the app every time. Edit: so you can try two times, and then it locks you out entirely, not mentioning what couldn't be verified. I would assume I don't look exactly like I did 8 years ago but who knows. At least the website doesn't crash when you try the verification.

Useless customer service. Avoid at any cost this app/company. My account was immediately deactivated as soon it was opened. After approaching the Support, I received a standard reply, without explaining the reason and telling that the the decision was final and no reply would be given if I write back to them. I have the same European driving license accepted in other similar companies, so the reason for declining my registration sounds at least confusing or misleading.

-Cars are often dirty, need maintenance and on very low battery (I prefer the higher end cars for long journeys so the ZOEs are not alternatives). I contacted customer service about this but never heard back -Takes a long time to reach customer service when something goes wrong -Can't extend my future booking in NL while I am abroad: app is requesting €27k (for a 1 hour extension) -Constant glitches in the app
