No access to ticket when you need it The app fails to cache the ticket and give you direct access to it when you need it the most. Almost mist the international train due to this.
Great, until the day I travelled! Luckily I had screenshots of my tickets because the app refused to open...I'm going to remove it now.
Never never provides actual schedules!!! Pathetic app, They never never never provides actual schedules. You need to run behind railway personal to understand actual schedule. Don't be dependent on what train schedule or time table this application shows. Horrible when you are travelling and try to find trains to reach your destination. My situation is so sad that I need to travel frequently on the ns trains & don't have anything to use than this poor app. I appeal to NS.nl IT and Railway Ops to wake-up and reverse the path from stone age
Import ticket on my mobile The app gives an error message when try to upload the ticket on my mobile via provided link. Customer service has been informed, it's a known issue and their software engineers are working on that.
I tried hard to get the ticket in the app - no luck. Surprisingly, there's no booking lookup. You simply can't lookup / add your booking directly through the app. Instead there's some error-prone email link functionality
i can never get it to download my booking into the app. why don't you allow me to download a booking based on the confirmation number?
