Want to charge at a Vattenfall InCharge station but you don’t have a charge card? No problem! Easily add your credit or debit card and start your session through the app. When the session is finished, you’ll receive your receipt in the app and via email.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work. Keeps showing connectivity errors (either server error or no internet, even though my other applications requiring internet work fine). When I finally manage to connect (using wifi, not very convenient) it doesn't allow me to start a charging sessions because the spot is being used. Yeah, that's the one I just plugged my car to... I downloaded the sister iOS app to see if this one would work and it didn't even show the stations on the map...

I have tried these at two different places in two different countries. Nether of the times did the app nor the charger itself work. Why couldn't there be a qr code on the charger that'd redirect you to the payment page? As for the app itself, impossible to add a payment card. Tried a few different ones. Cannot even make a profile in any straightforward way. If this is the future, electric cars will end up as just another one of the fads that pop-up every now and then.

+ Handy that you can start using it immediately with a credit card - The is no distinction between 2 spots on a station, in the app you need to tap which one you want to use. It's not clear which one is which one, so you might end up starting/stopping and starting the other one. - A station close-by didn't appear the first 1/2 days, while it has been there for a long time and it's a Vattenfall station. - Nor in app/nor in web portel: No overview of all the sessions WITH their costs. Web portal does it per month only, app gives a list, but both NO costs. This data you have available of course. I'm quite sure I'm not the only one that wants to know what electric/hybrid driving does compared to fossil fuel. I use the keychain now to start/stop now, but I still use the app to see if my regular station is free. And I'd like to use it to get an overview (COSTS).
