Ratings and reviews

The app works generally well. When I tried to register my new Vattenfall Card / Tag the app couldn't recognize the card number, because it couldn't recognize if there was the letter O or the number zero 0. Unfortunately the app doesn't show directly the total amount of Euros or kWh charged in a month or year. It'd be very helpful.

Broken app impossible to add credit cards. Useless when you want to pay for service. Tried to add a account to see if I could add credit card there but nope not possible either after difficult process to add an account. Please choose another charge provider because this one will probably not let you charge in the end.

Worst charging experience ever! I was unable to unplug the cable because of an error with my credit card number??? And to top it off, there was no English option in the phone customer service. In the big 2026.
