MedGemak is part of the patient portal MijnGezondheid.net (MGn). Before you can start using the app, you must have an account on MGn. Without this account you can not register / register for MedGemak. To create an account on MGn - and then register MedGemak - your general practitioner and / or pharmacy must offer these modules. Therefore, ask your healthcare provider if that is the case.
What is MedGemak?
MedGemak helps you to arrange your healthcare issues with your general practitioner and / or pharmacist in a reliable and safe way. Through your smartphone you have insight into your medication overview and you can order (repeat) medication from your healthcare provider. You can also easily make an appointment online with your doctor or send a message with an attachment to your healthcare provider.

Your privacy is paramount
You link MedGemak to your MyGealth.net account via your DigiD once. Then log in each time with a 5-digit code.
Not for rush!
Never use MedGemak for urgent or urgent cases. You should call the known (emergency) numbers of your care provider (general practitioner or pharmacy) or the emergency services. MedGemak complements the communication options you have with your healthcare provider. However, it does not replace it.
