The app looks ok and is easy to set up and fairly straight-forward to use. I'm missing (at least) three things: 1) There is no English interface! Knowing how many expats are in the Netherlands, this is a huge gap. I'm sure other languages are needed too. 2) When the website times out, I get no message - instead the functionality is freezing. It would be a great feature to have for example a timer like on the UWV website. 3) The medication schedule is great, but I'm missing the ability to add pills that are not necessarily prescribed by my doctor. For example vitamin supplement etc.

Simply doesn't work It got stuck on the first page. I cannot touch anything. Touchscreen doesn't work.. Edit: after the developer's reply that advices to change fonts and display size normal, I retried. It worked this time, but I have changed neither my fonts nor display size. Nothing. In fact I reinstalled a couple of times before, to try again. It means the software has changed, or it needed some time. So if it doesn't work, retry later. I updated my review. Thanks for the answer by the way.

Dear S.K Akay, Thanks for your review. This problem may be caused by your settings regarding font and display size. If you change the size to normal you should be able to register the app.

I can't register on the app because the formatting does not fit my phone (Samsung). The "toestel registreren" button is located BEHIND the "ga naar de website" link so I cant' even open the app - thanks for the suggestion about altering my font size BUT my settings are selected for my middle-aged eyes. Visually-impaired folks will not use this app if they have to change settings to 'normal'. Something for your coders to consider given this is a healthcare app. Thank you.

Dear Erin Macri, Thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear that you can't register the MedGemak app. This problem may be due to your font or display size settings. If you set the size to normal, you should be able to register your device.
