App needs a propre UX design, and feels very basic. Need to click trough multiple tabs to access the charger. You should be able to set a default car and charger. Firmware update proces repeats multiple times and needs more information. Aan current version and update version. Controls randomly lock and no prope information is given. Documentation is very lacking as well. Hardware looks alright, the just need to invest more in there software and api. Wouldn't advice this charger solution yet.

Thanks for your review, we use this to improve our App. We are working on improvements with regards to a default charger. Firmware updates need stable internet, otherwise the update will repeat. Some settings can only be changed when in Bluetooth range or with an account and stable internet. We will look into putting this info in the app as well.

After the most recent firmware update, my ratio solar is very flakey and does not charge properly or at all. It says the car is connected but after clicking start, the charging does nt start but simply shows my cars license plate. Also I'm unable to use smart solar as it is always showing charging paused.

App requires to click several unnecessary pages when owning 1 charger to get charging started. When starting the app i need to select my charger, then again my charger then I come to my charger page, then click start charging. Can my charger page be set as default? Even a widget with start button is handy. Week plan is annoying. I can not edit times. Need to remove all old and add new. Need to add day by day. Can not copy days. Does not help with dynamic energy contract planning.
