Some teams are fast some are worthless. Stuff like trash is usually handled pretty quickly. stuff like parking takes a week and then is closed at 02:00 as "resolved" with no details or actions taken. Record is almost 6 months for a broken scooter on the sidewalk...

like the app but lately very buggy and won't load. I emailed to explain, no response and it still takes forever to load. stops the app being useful. Still takes minutes to load 6/26
