How to get started
Download the app to start your journey. After you finish the introduction of the app, someone from NiceDay Team will introduce you to our coaches. You can start tracking your emotions, log your feelings and make a connection with a coach to your choice. We will help you get started immediately: so you can take your first step towards a better you.
In need of some help, but afraid to ask?
It’s possible to receive anonymous help: You also receive guidance from an experienced psychologist, but you do not have to use your real name. When you download the app create an account with a nickname. Choose a coach and let them know that you are interested in the anonymous program.
