Good app with very clear data, good service, good network, good provider and very cheap! Dont look any further.

simply does not work . In order to log in I need each time to reset my password. Very annoying App, it needs to be developed much more. The only thing that might result in changing Simpel to another provider is that terrible App and the problem of not being able to check my calling and internet usage.

Goedemorgen, Vervelend dat je problemen ervaart met het inloggen op de app. Je zou de optie "Inloggegevens onthouden" naar behoren moeten kunnen gebruik. We hebben de app inmiddels helemaal vernieuwd, heb je de nieuwste update geïnstalleerd? Ik hoop dat dit je problemen verhelpt. Met vriendelijke groet, Diana | Simpel.nl

It doesn't have English language support. I have accidentally clicked a button on the app which I found out later that it was for re ordering Simcard. They have charged me 15Euro!! I have quickly contacted their support but they have told me there is no way to cancel sim card replacement order!! It seems like they have put a button there to earn some money from uninformed people.

Hi Pooya, Voor je een simkaart besteld moet je eerst naar sim & instellingen aangeven dat je een nieuwe wil bestellen. Daarna aanvinken akkoord te gaan met de voorwaarden, waarna je op de groene knop bestellen moet drukken. Pas dan is je simkaart besteld. Alle voorwaarden staan ook genoemd op die pagina.
