Not new Back in the mid-90s there was a diet pill that hit the market called T-Lite. The promise was to lose 10 lbs in 3 days. This is the exact same foods that was required to eat in order to achieve this goal. You'll lose the promised weight the first go around. But not very much after that. Good luck to those who do this.

I did this diet several years ago, in 1 month I loose 17pounds, I'd keep using it over and over with 1 day recess to cheat the metabolism. it work, you have to stick to the plan and substitutions because every food provided in the list have their function in this diet. because I had it in a paper I lost it, TG for this app!

3 day diet is great I lost 6 lbs in 3 days can't wait to keep going. Best diet on the market. I've tried every thing this is the only one to work for me. Very easy to follow and to accomplish your wait loss goal.
Pretty good. I would give 5 stars but there is 1 thing that irritates me. I select a day to start but then I can not see food needed until the first day of the diet. Hard to plan ahead. When I try to see food, it tells me to select a proper start dag with the wizard and I have already done that.
Love it. And I can easily get my dad to follow it for 3 days. Any longer than that and he would be cheating. He is obese at 52 and in bad health.
