Download the app
Enter the number of cigarettes you smoke daily and how much a pack costs. The app calculates for you how much you save every day. From October 1, the app will guide you in quitting smoking for 28 days. If you have a relapse, you can easily reset the app to start over.
Daily messages
The app is automatically updated every 24 hours with a new motivational message to support you during the first 28 days after quitting. At the end of the 28 days you can choose whether to continue using the app or not.
Create chat groups
The app makes it clear how to create a chat group with fellow quitters. If something is not clear to you, please take a look at the community manual. You can always find this manual via the settings in the Stoptober app.
