We aim to answer digital consultations within 60 minutes. If necessary, you can also schedule a physical appointment at the practice via JansApp.

The information you share via JansApp will of course be treated completely confidentially. The app meets all Dutch and European requirements regarding the protection of personal data. You log in to the app with your 5-digit personal PIN code, so that only you can access your data. The chat is also secured with end-to-end encryption. This means that chats are sent encrypted.
