Design is bad. Doesn't staybin favorite channels filter. You have to reset every time you leave the guide. You can not update the real time without going back to the home page and then you have to reset your filter for favourites. You cannot choose the order of the channels. Overall a pain to operate. The app works but that is about all.

Garbage usability and UI. Edit: When I want to watch a show, before it's airing, you can't go to the channel it's airing on from the show's page. Instead you get a button with "more information". Also, when I type an exact channel name into the search balk. I expect the first result to be that channel (button to go that channel).

Useless app. The team can add new series and other paid extras (and increase the price) , but the minimum features are not working as intended. - Casting (chromecast) doesn't work all the time. (need to restart from the beginning if I want to continue seeing the program) - Watching on a LG TV. (stream stops; audio, or video) I did fill the form already and I did have contact with the customer support. It's now months later the issue is still not resolved
