With ZwApp + you literally have your pregnancy in your own hands. It is the only pregnancy app created together with midwives, gynecologists, lactation experts and maternity care organizations from your region.

Via the free app on your phone, you will receive reliable information at the right time that suits you. You can easily track and share symptoms yourself, and you will be kept up to date with the latest news. The app is paid for by the hospital and healthcare providers in your area, and does not contain advertisements or in-app purchases.

- A medical questionnaire determines which information is extra important to you. Your answers are not automatically shared with your healthcare provider.
- Extensive library of articles and videos that are regularly checked by your own healthcare providers. This way you always have all the information at hand.
- Notifications which articles or videos are of interest to you at a particular time of the pregnancy;
- A diary where you can take pictures, indicate how you feel, keep track of your weight and blood pressure and of course note the first life. You can save the diary of your pregnancy as a PDF; nice as a personal reference book.
- Graphs showing the development of weight, blood pressure and mood. You can share this yourself with your midwife, for example.
- The ability to take notes. Handy if you want to remember something for the interview with the midwife or gynecologist.
