I hope this gets to'THE T-MOBILE TEAM' THAT'S A BAD JOKE. TRULY. 1 Month, of no phone, drive a minimum of 600 miles Had the doot closed in my face. Then " the upgrade"…! !A11 was my phone , I had it less than 3mnths So I wanted to make sure the devicei was getting hard said built in software. After the 11 different sto. Nowres interstatably. Days of wait time. RHIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATING. If anything at all, TRULY.I should say more.I have several text from agent for the refund that Never Came.
