The app itself is actually quite good! But.....the service of PostNL has deteriorated so fast, the app has become useless. Never, I mean never, a packet is delivered according the track and trace information in the app. Other shipping companies like DHL and GLS do NOT have these issues. Try to avoid being dependent on PostNL for important stuff!

The app has no use for me. I was forced by postnl to install it in order to send a package using package box next to the shop. Making the account long time. First link directed me to Apple app store on Android phone. Link to android didn't open the PlayStore. Opened in browser and asked me to login. After sending the package using the app, the package is not visible in the app. The worst was the package box. It opened 2 times a slot with sombody's else package inside. Use at your own risk.

I don't understand how to invent an app without giving the option to set the default language to English. I frequently track parcels from NL to GER and the app only allows two language options: NL and BE. Please consider updating the app so all non-native NL speakers are able to know what's going on. Especially with all these pop ups occuring when entering the app - I just can click anything and hope the pop ups disappear and nothing is going to happen with the parcel already entered.
