Packages are not automatically registered in the app, adding manually usually gives a 'this package does not exist' - message. The information in the app is either outdated, wrong, of absent. Best of all, coupled with the normal PostNL service, they usually can't find packages, delivery times are incorrect most of the time, and even the delivery date is frequently wrong! The postal system should never have been privatized.
International pickup service It's irritated to pickup for every package i have ordered from aliexpress, not environment friendly to notify me by mail. Notify by sms or email will be efficient & faster, rather then a mail post which the closing time is already over.
Doesn't work I have an account. And it is of course activated but I can't log in. It insists on sending me an email Everytime I want to log in. Anyway. I like the service not the app.
Great App Had zero issues so far. All packages could be found and tracked accurately. Also really like the refresh animation on the main screen
Helaas zijn niet alle medewerkers van postnl op de hoogte gebracht van de digitale postzegel waardoor zij mijn brieven niet aan wilden nemen.
Great It worked and I could find and track my package I can also log in with a password and its simple and easy to use!
