You can help each other through the chat when the going gets tough. If you don't know what to talk about, you can send funny or serious statements to get to know your buddy better. If you feel like smoking, you can switch on your buddies via the emergency button. Via this button you can also get in touch with a professional who can advise you. Or you can play an online game to distract yourself. The app provides information about different ways to quit smoking and tips. The app keeps track of how many days you have stopped and how much money you have saved. With this you can earn badges! You can also add your own motivation to remind you why you want to quit smoking.
