When I wanna see my bills, it says, "This page doesn't exist." The app has a lot of problems, and you can only talk to a chat bot first before it lets you talk to a real person you can't contact them through phone or email only through this dumb chat bot when you are in the app and press an option it takes you out the app into a site of them it's super weird I wouldn't recommend it at all it's only because they the cheapest product out therr. (IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!??)

1.it would be very good if existed options to configure the language of the app - that I did not find. 2.UE card is not shown if the smartphone has the text set to larger size. this is a primary mistake that tells that the development of the app was made with not much care and/or testing. Now, if I want to see the card in the app I need glasses to see everything else on the phone. Not very user friendly. Where I've worked on software development this would have been blocked from delivery.

Every time you get kicked out of the chat when your screen turns off or if someone calls you at the same moment. There are no options to continue the chat or keep it open in the background. This insurance provider doesn't even give you the option to call; you're stuck with what they call a chatbot. Whoever developed it did a poor job because it doesn't work. Don't waste your time with them—they won't help you. You could end up losing both your health and your money with them!

Altijd vervelend als je het contact verliest. Je kan ons inderdaad niet bellen, maar wel chatten. Bij VinkVink regel je alles digitaal. Stel je vraag aan onze digitale assistent Noa. Kan Noa je niet helpen? Dan kun je tijdens 8.00 -18.00 uur met een medewerker chatten. ^Jo, VinkVink
