Welcome to My Aleris!

Here you get an overview of your upcoming and previous visits with us. When you register in the app, we retrieve all your appointments, and present them in chronological order on your timeline. You will find contact information for the department you are going to, as well as a presentation of the doctor you are going to see. Should you have an operation performed, we will give you information about important preparations, as well as advice and follow-up in the time after your procedure.

When you arrive up to the hour, you can register your arrival in the app yourself. You will then receive instructions that will lead you to the correct waiting area. You do not have to contact the reception.

Sometimes we need information about your health in advance of consulting your doctor. If this is necessary, you will find a form in the app, which you can fill in at your own home.

If you need a new hour, or you need to change an hour that has already been booked, you can easily arrange this in the app.

Privacy is in focus with us all the way, and we process your personal information with the utmost care. Health information processed in the app is stored encrypted on your phone, and is not backed up to cloud solutions when backing up the phone. In addition to this, health information is stored in our medical record system in accordance with the Health Personnel Act.

To use Mitt Aleris, you must identify yourself with a Bank ID so that we can securely display information about your appointments with us. After you have been authenticated, you can log in with a PIN code of your choice.
