With Sonya Expenses, you can simplify how you manage your travel and expenditure reimbursement. You start by setting up a settlement for a month or a trip. You can then continuously add images of receipts, and at the end of the trip or month you generate a PDF report which can be sent to a predefined email address. Expenses is a part of Sonya – robust solutions targeted at the business market. Soon, Sonya will be expanded with more apps we think you will enjoy, either as an employee or as a company. In addition to the smart apps, we are collecting all reporting and administration in an online web interface. The vision is to offer small and medium size companies mobile tools with a focus on usefulness and efficiency – at a great price.
PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Expenses is free for the first month so you can try out the app. After that you can choose whether to pay to continue to use the solution. Note that this requires an active choice on your part. In other words – you do not need to worry that you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period.
We have spent a lot of time developing and optimising Expenses. Our goal is that you find the app so useful and time saving that you are also willing to pay to use it, so that we can further develop the service. But again, this is completely up to you to decide after the trial period.
If you would like to become a customer after the trial period is over, you need to setup a subscription. You can choose between being billed each month ($5.99) or each year ($54.99). The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you decide to not use the app anymore you can cancel the subscription in the Google Play app.
