With the aid of unique 3D animations, you can now learn a simple strength-training program in the comfort of your own home. The exercises can be done alone or with other people. The app is suitable for everyone, for you as a beginner or if you just need inspiration for new exercises. You will be learning both exercise technique and muscle-working, and tips for creating your own personalised workout program.
The app provides detailed instructions for doing ten different exercises. With these exercises you will be training the largest and most important muscle groups in the body. You have a choice of three different progression levels. This makes the exercises suitable for everyone, regardless of your level.
The app is available to download free, and in six different languages: Norwegian, English, Spanish, Polish, North Sami and French.
